Very early on getting into the first work, most clients would enquire to enter a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) where the detailed project is condemned secure under this binding before the client could start sending / sharing us the project details, i.e Context Idea, Requirement, Technical or Commercial information ect....

For this we may be required to sign an NDA at the very first step coming into a project. Most big client would have their own NDA composed under his/her legal entity, for which they will send us to sign on.

Other cases, the client may ask if we have an NDA so that they could review and sign upon. In such case, below is a reference link to Officience NDA template that can be used to draft one new NDA to the client
