After reviewing "Cluster Organisation" written by Hoang Anh in 2014, I feel confused : She mentioned "Engagement leader" (I thought it was "Engager" !).

Do "engagers" feel they have role of "Engagement leaders" as described in that document ? Or do they feel these are 2 different roles ?

After reviewing "Cluster Organisation" written by Hoang Anh in 2014, I feel confused : She mentioned "Engagement leader" (I thought it was "Engager" !). Do "engagers" feel they have role of "Engagement leaders" as described in that document ?
