Launch Your Career aka "LYC" is the name of a program started in 2012 in P&D Business Unit.
The program was composed of events organized in Universities to share with students how to start their career and advises them on their professional future. The event helped students to know about Officience also.
Later on, when using Google+ more and more, the hashtag #LaunchYourCareer and #LYC were used to post about the event.
A poster and logo have been created for the event by Ai Nhi DANG THI.
