Why the Laptop Policy

Our open organization promote a new engagement mode, we would like to create an ecosystem with several startup incubators, in a mixed space. This organization promotes close communication and mutual help between “Offies” and other people. We can get new knowledge and create business from this model.

And the starting condition is having flexibility for each Offies, for this reason we would like to push a large utilization of laptop replacing desktop.

Sure, you still are at liberty to choose to use a desktop or laptop.

You can keep your desktop screen if it’s more comfortable, but you should keep your desk clean after work.

The laptop Policy

  • Scope: This policy is applied for all official employees ( signed labor contract ). This procedure is not applied to certain confidential projects without customer’s agreement such as the OBS project, etc…
  • Payment method: the rental will be paid directly into your monthly salary based on number of working days in month
  • The rental is : From 500,000 VND / month - 750,000 VND / month
  • Time support: Maximum 24 months based on the date of purchase (kindly attach personal laptop allowance form) and your laptop price (please give us your payment bill )

How to benefit from the policy

To join this program, Kindly follow the mandatory following steps :

  1. Post G + Notification and wait for it at least 2 weeks.
  2. Mail to relevant departments: ITS, Human Resources and Accountants and your Influencers
  3. Fill in the personal laptop allowance form (attached)
  4. Invoices, vouchers of your personal laptop ( if you buy a new one )

Rights and responsibilities

  • The rental will be terminated immediately if employer/employee unilaterally terminates the labor contract.
