Why Officience is using Google+ as a channel of communication instead of Facebook when FB is growing faster than Google+?
- Ngoc Thanh : Officience mail is hosted with Google. Google has many features: Hangout, Video, Screen Sharing. Facebook don’t have all that.
In my work, I feel Facebook is a bit too messy. Google+ is more focused.
- Khanh : Google+ is not a tool to monitor my performance or working hours. I usually share project news articles and sometimes even my feelings. It’s not mandatory. I use it to connect with the 300 other Offies, and I basically know everything that’s going on in the company every day.
By posting and sharing on Google+, I can raise my voice to other Offies: get their advice, suggestions, and show who I am. I will also be able to know how many people care for me, follow me, and I will also choose who I want (and don’t want) to listen to.
