Customer Relationship Management is often referred as CRM. CRM can also refers to the CRM software like Salesforce.

Officience was introduced to Salesforce as CRM in 2009 (very impressive sales organisation through webinar, invitation to product demo in their great offices in Singapore, very engaging and welcoming professional people) and Officience Sales team adopted Salesforce as our CRM in 2011.

After few years, Officience migrated to OpenERP (now ODOO) CRM module. All offies have visibility on Engagement in Dinh. Charlotte GOVIN made study.

In 2018, questions to have Officience CRM raised again as Dinh is aging. To start brainstorming about the subject, Cao Phong DUONG made presentation "Design Me a CRM" to graphic designers and front-end members.
