Questions to ask yourself first:

  • Who are my contacts?
  • What do they need?
  • How is the delivery, good?
  • Is my customer satisfied?
  • When is the next meeting?
  • Do I have an opportunity to interact?
  • What else can I propose?

Then clarify your action plan:

  • I want to explore my client environment?
  • I want to catch his attention and interact with him?
  • I would like to spend time with him to gather new requests?
  • I would like to raise business opportunities through cross-selling, up/selling?

The 5 Flows :

  • Generate Carbon (Services / delivery)
  • Generate Money
  • Generate Trust
  • Generate Knowledge
  • Generate Feeling
