Questions to ask yourself first:
- Who are my contacts?
- What do they need?
- How is the delivery, good?
- Is my customer satisfied?
- When is the next meeting?
- Do I have an opportunity to interact?
- What else can I propose?
Then clarify your action plan:
- I want to explore my client environment?
- I want to catch his attention and interact with him?
- I would like to spend time with him to gather new requests?
- I would like to raise business opportunities through cross-selling, up/selling?
The 5 Flows :
- Generate Carbon (Services / delivery)
- Generate Money
- Generate Trust
- Generate Knowledge
- Generate Feeling
