Human Resources team has vastly evolved since Officience changed organization in 2014.

You won't find quite same organization as in a traditional company. For example, you won't find a Human Resources Director anymore.

Still 2 basic functions are still operating :

C&B (Compensations & Benefits) : Administration obligations, Payroll, Social insurances, private insurance...
Recruitment : find suitable candidates
