Offy - Tools

In Officience, we love to try out new things, especially new tools.

Start with :

• Google : The search engine is known to be your best friend.

Share the Vibe :

• Google+ : Best used for sharing stuff with offies you feel is better to keep inside Officience domain. Specially if it is related to customer and NDA. See more Non-Disclosure Agreement. Messaging : Hangout.
• Facebook : Best used for friendliness in and out Officience.
• Zalo : Heard of this Vietnamese very popular Mobile App, but not used much yet for work (too local for foreign customers/partners).

Emailing :

• Officience Gmail : Best used when you don't want to interrupt people in their work. It is not too urgent.

Chat & Call :

• Hangout : It is convenient for keeping chat in your Officience Gmail.
• Whatsapp/Viber : Some customers & friends are using those. We adapt to all situation
• Skype : Still mostly used for international calls. Some still prefer its interface to Hangout (and you can re-edit when you misspelled a word.)
• BBM : Probably only one old guy still use this Blackberry messaging app.

Kinda administrative :

• Dinh : ERP based on Odoo (formerly known as OpenERP). Used for many things including timesheets, some project for invoicing, customer engagement, purchase request etc... Indeed, it is an ERP (can do everything but not doing as well as specialized tool.)
• HRMS : HR Management System is an old lady developed also on OpenERP long time ago. Still useful for C&B team to follow-up annual leaves, labor contracts.
• Asoft Accounting : If you join accounting team, you might have to learn this tool.
