Caring the first of the COSMIC Core values of Officience. In practice, how could that translate ?

We empathize with the men and women we interact with daily, living in their shoes and caring with passion about solving the problems that prevents them to be happy. We get our satisfaction from seeing them smiling.
How about that ? The expected behavior is the same but I removed the word "Customer" because we actually need to care about everyone, and put the individual beings on top of the role each individual holds. We work with friends, not customers.
Caring (examples)
- “I talked to XXX yesterday, something seems to bother him, let’s find out what it is.”
- “I just got a mail from our customer about some bugs in the tool we built, I’ll work over the week-end to fix that for him, he has a demo to his boss on Monday.”
Not so Caring (examples)
- “So you had no one to take care of your kid this morning? It doesn’t matter, you missed the meeting.”
- “I just got a mail from our customer about some bugs in the tool we built. Whatever, we finished the delivery, that’s his problem.”
