Open & Sincere are two of the COSMIC Core values of Officience. In practice, what could it mean ?

We believe that the world is better when we can openly & constructively share our feelings, thoughts, and doubts. It implies an environment of trust where constructive criticisms are encouraged.
This one is almost unchanged. It's the most discussed behavior in our daily concerns, since the lack of it is creating a problem that cannot be put for later, and the amount of openess we are talking about here is going beyond what we have been culturally raised to consider acceptable. Would like to stress that openess is mentioned at the World scale, not just openess within some fictional corporate boundaries...
Open & Sincere (examples)
- “Hello guys, I have some time available, I am ready to support on any data entry project.”
- “I am resigning from my position. I found a better salary in another company and considering my family situation, I think I have to take it.”
Not Open & Sincere (examples)
- “I have only been working 5 hours per day over the past month, but I fill 8 hours in my timesheet, I don’t want any trouble.”
- “I am resigning from my position for personal reasons.”
